Deborah Taylor (Debbie) has twenty plus years of experience in human resources and operations administration. She helped build a company from its inception in all aspects of its human resources, payables/receivables, payroll, shipping, reception procedures before moving to human capital in public education.

Her work has ranged from Title IX and ADA compliance to supporting operational improvements in Employee Services, helping launch the Chicago Leadership Collaborative, and finally supporting principal supervision and school networks.

Debbie is a firm believer that small changes over time make a big difference, and she is dedicated to helping organizations continue to find ways to streamline and improve their operations.
