Dominique Morris strongly believes that all children are entitled to a high quality public education and is an unwavering advocate of educational equity.
Dominique most recently served as a director of The Broad Residency at The Broad Center, where she maintains the program’s accreditation, manages strategic projects, provides cross-functional support to the residency and its staff, and is co-chair of the diversity council. Previously, she served as director of human resources for the San Jose Unified School District and held numerous roles in the New York City Department of Education, including deputy strategy officer in the division of talent, labor and innovation, director of operations in the office of early childhood education and chief of staff for the research and policy support group.
Dominique holds a BA in social welfare from the University of California, Berkeley and a MPA from the Robert F. Wagner Graduate School of Public Service at New York University. She is also a graduate of The Broad Residency.
Dominique was born and raised in Los Angeles, where she currently resides with her husband and two boys.
